The place is characterized by its depth, which is associated with traffic, creating an interior street that serves all spaces, containers of the work of art. A metallic skin accompanies with its reflections a route that, like a serpentine, sinuously enters courtyards, workspaces, warehouses and vertical distribution points.

The two courtyards, located at the ends, surround the space and generate a respite, a breath of air, a break point on the way. The entrance of light acts as a cushion in the most closed spaces where the works of art are stored, and are also clear indications of the vertical relationship between the two floors, both visually and in terms of circulation. Thus, light, immaterial, ends up limiting the content, as if it were the fabric of a painting.

These courtyards are bioclimatic spaces, which provide comfort to indoor and office spaces and regulate their lighting, thermal and air quality conditions. While the spaces dedicated to warehouse are enclosed spaces with compact furniture and treated with specific systems of air conditioning, lighting and security.
