As we cross the Geneva Conservatory, we are immediately struck by the harmony of the proportions of its spaces, by the quality and richness of its decorative apparatus and by the urban correctness of the building - a key element in the dialectic between the empty and full spaces of Place Neuve.

From these three considerations our proposal for the restoration and extension of this building is based on the respect and the exaltation of its intrinsic qualities, namely: urban quality, architectural quality, decorative quality.
