The design of the architecture and the interior design starts from a focus and a philosophy of sustainable development is a commitment endorsed by our team.
The design of this project will consist of a series of related disciplines in a systems approach, taking into account environmental issues as a priority axis and the engine or as a source of inspiration.
It is then when the restructuring of these buildings is undertaken to satisfy the functional requirements, to bring a soul where sometimes it is lacking, while the management of environmental issues with intelligence, is the motor and guides of our conceptual work that wants commitment and quality of the environment in the broadest sense - that is, "systemic"; without excluding any size or difficulty of the project, and assumes (in the best possible way ...) the real complexity.
Also the specific context of this program, by vocation, returns to place as a priority in the process of environmental quality, human, psychological and sensory dimensions.
The comfort, which is part of the main objectives will be discussed widely and especially in its spatial, psychological and activity dimensions, which we consider as prerequisites to the deepening of the other components (hygrothermal, acoustic, visual).
